重介质旋流器颗粒运动特性分析及数值模拟

摘要: 针对重介质旋流器内部颗粒复杂的受力情况,给合多相流和离散物料的研究成果对颗粒在旋流器中的受力情况进行了理论分析,基于重介质旋流器内部流场在径向和轴向分布差异,分析推导出颗粒在轴向和径向运动微分方程。并借助流体力学软件和离散分析软件耦合的方法对重介质旋流器中颗粒的运动轨迹进行数值模拟,获得了颗粒的运动特性。

Abstract: Dense medium cyclone is a widely used and high effective coal preparation equipment and the force on particle in dense medium cyclone is very complicated. Based on the research results of multiphase flow and discrete material, this paper analyzes the force on particle inside DMC. Based on the diffidence between radial and axial flow field distribution inside DMC, the radial and axial motion equation of the particle are analyzed and derived. This paper simulates motion tracks of particle inside dense medium cyclone by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Discrete Element Method (DEM) coupled method.
